Talia M. Vessal holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering and began her career as a Project Engineering leading large-scale site development projects. Managing contractors, field teams, project timelines, budgets, and shifting scopes of work taught her how to organize complex moving pieces, keep communication clear, and maintain steady progress in fast-paced environments. Today, she applies that same foundation as an Operational Manager—building systems, structure, and internal processes that support efficient, sustainable business performance.
During her time in construction, Talia also led her company’s transition from a legacy project-management system to a modern digital platform. She redesigned workflows, trained teams, and developed the operational procedures that strengthened communication and day-to-day execution. This shaped her practical approach to systems: clear, functional, and aligned with how people actually work.
Across her career, Talia has brought this operational lens into nonprofit development, boutique retail, and small-business environments. Her focus is consistent: understand how the business runs and build structure that supports it.
Outside of her professional roles, Talia has led and contributed to community-focused projects. She raised capital and partnered with the City of Delray Beach, specifically the Parks and Recreation Department to build the city’s first outdoor workout park. She launched a women’s empowerment program at her jiu-jitsu academy in Orlando, completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Thailand, and co-managed a mocktail café—reflecting her commitment to purposeful work, community impact, and grounded leadership.
