Talia Vessal holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering and began her career as a Project Engineer on large-scale site development. Managing contractors, field teams, budgets, and scopes that shifted weekly taught her to organize complex moving pieces and hold steady progress under pressure. That foundation is what TMV Operations is built on: the systems, structure, and internal processes that keep a business running.
She’s brought that lens to nonprofit development, boutique retail, small businesses, law firms and medical practices. The focus never changes: understand how the business runs, then build the structure that supports its growth.
Outside of work, she has raised capital and partnered with the City of Delray Beach to build its first outdoor workout park, launched a women’s empowerment program at her jiu-jitsu academy in Orlando, completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Thailand, and co-managed a mocktail café.
